Mr. Darcy’s Vow: A Pride and Prejudice Story by Timothy Underwood

Mr. Darcy’s father had been reckless, self indulgent, and extravagant in Mr. Darcy’s Vow: A Pride and Prejudice Story by Timothy Underwood.

Shortly before he died he had sold part of the ancient holdings and left the estate with vast debts. When it seemed that his Darcy’s years of ceaseless effort to pay off those debts were finally achieving success, Georgiana eloped with Wickham, and Darcy needed to borrow thirty thousand pounds to pay for her dowry.

The only way he could avoid selling off more of the estate was if he married an heiress. Maybe Caroline Bingley would do.

But Mr. Darcy thought Elizabeth Bennet was perfect. She was beautiful and clever, wise, and sweet. And she loved him as much as he loved her. But Darcy had vowed that he would be nothing like his wastrel father. If he ever sold off more land, that would prove that he was no better than his father had been.

No matter how it would tear at both their hearts, his duty demanded that he marry a rich woman…

Too Gentlemanly: An Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy Story by Timothy Underwood

Mr. Darcy had grown unused to female society during his five years of seclusion after Georgiana had her illegitimate child in Too Gentlemanly: An Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy Story by Timothy Underwood. That was why he accidentally insulted Mrs. Bingley’s sister. And why he kept thinking about her.

Elizabeth Bennet thought that Fitzwilliam Darcy was a grand philanthropist: His rudeness provided everyone with a handsome and rich man to hate. But why, if he was actively determined to sneer at all the company, had he bothered to attend their assembly? Still, he was a very handsome man.

Darcy needed to overcome his bad first impression if he wanted Elizabeth’s affection. But he was rich, handsome and clever.

Elizabeth and Darcy: Ardently Yours: A Pride and Prejudice Variation by Evangeline Wright

Elizabeth and Darcy: Ardently Yours: A Pride and Prejudice Variation by Evangeline Wright asks two questions about the summer before Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy’s introduction.

What if Georgiana Darcy stayed home from Ramsgate, and Wickham’s dastardly schemes had not yet been revealed?

The answer: An ardent, inevitable love story that unfolds quite differently… but is, in essentials, very much what it ever was.
